Solved!

PC Not Starting

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion TG01-0185t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I start my PC, it continuously turns on and off in a loop. I have tried multiple troubleshoots, including switching out power cords, unplugging all peripherals, and removing and reinserting the CMOS battery on the motherboard. Every time I turn it on, it does the same thing. This happened to me once before, but switching the power cord fixed it that time. Now it happened again and I cannot fix it.

Hi,

This is a new PC. You should be in warranty.

Contact HP Support (Link).

This sounds like a power supply problem or a component short which causes the power supply to shut down and restart.

Regards
