Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, so yesterday I turned off my pc by clicking the power button for about 5 seconds. Today I tried turning my PC on and it powers on but doesn't show any signal on the monitor and neither on the keyboard. I have already tried clear CMOS, measured some voltages and everything is ok, tried cleaning and chaning RAM slots, removed ssd and GPU and tried to boot with only the CPU, cooler and 1 stick of ram and it still doesn't show any signs on the monitor or the keyboard. I would gladly accept some help.
