Product: EHP Pavilion Power Desktop 580-1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
PC just randomly freezes while I'm viewing random web pages or email; then screen goes blank and then the PC returns to the pages that I was viewing as if nothing happened.

Sounds like system file corruption or a bad graphics driver. Your PC is not crashing to a blue screen requiring a cold boot via the power on button.
Check for a newer graphics driver and run the following commands at an administrative command prompt:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
