I unplugged our computer to move it to a different outlet in my office and now it doesn't seem to be receiving power.
I have tried multiple outlets and the white light appears where you plug it in, but nothing else indicates the computer is getting any power to it and it won't power on.
- I have tried multiple outlets.
- I unplugged it and help the power button for 10 seconds, then plugged it in and tried again.
- I don't have any external sources plugged into it.
- I tried the windows + B to get the bios window, and I get nothing.
- I am not connected to a LAN.
- The only indicator of power is that my phone will charge when I connect it to the input w/ the lightning bolt.
Please help! 😞
