I recently refreshed my notebook because my double click and new folder creation was not working. It fixed my problem but it installed old McAfee Av and it asked me that there is a update and system restart is required so I did that and upon restart the PC got stuck. Now, when i tried flashing my BIOS, it did everything right but then got stucked on black screen. I also tried refreshing my system again but it doesn’t accepts my correct Microsoft account password nor does it give me option to enter my PIN. I have my brothers wedding pictures in it and backup from every phone in the house, I really can’t afford to lose the data. I am desperate. Also, formatting would not be a good option as half my data is in C drive. Please advise. Thank you.

You're gonna have to take it to a computer service centre mate.
You need someone that knows what they're looking at to see if they can recover your OS without losing data, or they can boot off of a Windows PE USB stick and copy your data to another external HDD so your internal HDD can be wiped safely.
Hopefully you'll be able to take home another external backup to avoid this mishap in the future.
