When i Just connect the CD drive there is no problem, but when i add a HDD the PC shut's down and won't boot.. but i hear the fan start and directy stops and this keeps repeating itself until i pull the power cable..
Anyone have any idea, the latest bios is installed.

Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
Try using a replacement SATA data cable in the current motherboard SATA port used by the HDD.
Try using the SATA data cable now used by the optical drive with the HDD. Connect to the optical drive SATA data port on the motherboard.
You could also try a different SATA power connector on the HDD.
Try with only the HDD connected to the HDD SATA data port and then only connect the HDD to the optical drive SATA data port.
The failure points are:
The HDD,
A bad motherboard SATA data port,
SATA cables (data or power).
Also long shot PSU issue.
