Brand new Pavilion All-in-One takes over 8 minutes to boot.
Extensive system diagnostic shows no hardware faults. Windows 10 is up to date and only a few apps are running at start up.
Anti-virus disabled, 1TB disk has plenty of space, 8MB RAM and Intel i7 CPU can hardly be running at limits.
I have installed TurbCAD V21 which runs but will not save any files.
Pre-installed MS Office seems to run perfectly.

Welcome to the exclusive "club" of users of HP (and maybe non-HP) computers that have the same symptoms.
Obviously, Microsoft and HP are working to resolve the problem.
