CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics, 3900Mhz, 6 Cores, 12 Logical Processor
GPU: GTX 1660 Super (6GB)
RAM: 8x2GB 3200Mhz

Problem:
PC gray screen (not black) with no cursor after HP loading screen. Mouse and keyboard's lights turn off, but not the headset. I have reinstalled and updated every drivers. Reinstalled Windows 11 twice and have tried downgrading to Windows 10. The problem isn't my display port or monitor. Unplugging all peripherals does not work either. Startup Diagnostic found 0 root causes. Event Viewer does not get instantiated and does not log.

hi
still under warranty?
if so, don't read on, contact the dealer or hp directly..
PC gray screen (not black) with no cursor after HP loading screen. I have reinstalled and updated every drivers.
is this the wrong order , or are you not mentioning manipulation ?
If you can't start, how do you install the drivers?..
Reinstalled Windows 11 twice and have tried downgrading to Windows 10.
And so, installing windows 11, how far do you go, and when is it blocked? For windows 10 same thing!?
The problem isn't my display port or monitor.
have you tested the graphics card?

Yes, I forgot to mention. Sometimes it does boot after I force shutdown, but most times it gray screen. I have ran HP diagnostics extensive test twice and nothing came back.
”And so, installing windows 11, how far do you go, and when is it blocked? For windows 10 same thing!?”
Yes, it’s the same thing on both OS.

Even if there is nothing with the tests, if you have the same problem whether with windows 10 or 11, updated drivers, you may have a hardware problem
If the bios is not up to date, I would tell you to try it, but it may not start at all.
Try just this
unplug all peripherals
unplug the power supply
Press the power button for a short time
reconnect power, keyboard, mouse and monitor
, restart and immediately hit the f10 key several times, to open the bios
load / validate the default settings
restart
If you are still under warranty, contact the dealer
