Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc Randomly reboots after 20 mins

Then after 10mins

Then after 30s

10s

And finally stuck in reboot loop

I use a UPS and when I restart ups the reboot time resets to 20mins.

It even happens in bios settings

Pls help me

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is restarting automatically.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What happens when you connect the computer directly to the wall?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.

When o connect directly to wall it will shut down after 20mins

Then again after 20 mins

But the shutdown time does not reduce

I get the reboot even when in Bios

I have a broken vga cable

The screws of the cable are broken

Will it be the cause of reboots

I tried reseating the ram

Ram passed memory check test

Pls help

How to update bios 

I am running a bios from the year 2016

All my system drivers are updated by Iobit Driver booster

I installed Intel Haxm recently

I will try doing the chipset driver update

@Kingjoker If there are parts physically broken inside the computer or otherwise, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

 

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

 

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

I tried to contact hp 

But my pcs warrenty is over

So I can't get customer service

I tried virtual agent and it didn't help so the 3rd method

Is Hp community

@Kingjoker If you have an HP authorized service center near by, you should be able to take it to them and have it checked,
