My desktop is lock due to startup repair problem. So please help me how to unlock my HP desktop.

I'm not HP employee.  I've  been having the same problem the last couple days.  What I did was unplugged everything from the computer (except could still use my mouse and keyboard).   Then after a few more attempts to boot it, it magically worked again.  No idea what is going on but it's worrisome.  I did plug stuff back in again and so far so good.
