I'm not HP employee. I've been having the same problem the last couple days. What I did was unplugged everything from the computer (except could still use my mouse and keyboard). Then after a few more attempts to boot it, it magically worked again. No idea what is going on but it's worrisome. I did plug stuff back in again and so far so good.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
