Hello, I get this code on my pc  

U4JDUX-78MB72-QFFV7F-60US03,  and it say a problem in the hard drive

Thanks a lot for your answer,  but I have another question,  what happened with the information that I already have in my defective hard drive,  do I loose that info ?

Yes, unfortunately any info you have on the hard drive will not be recoverable.

 

You can try to recover your data after removing the hard drive.

 

Buy a 3.5" USB hard drive adapter, and see if you can read/copy the file contents from the failed hard drive to the PC.

Otherwise, you can try taking the drive to a shop that specializes in data recovery from failed hard drives, but be prepared to pay a fortune for the service.
