Product Name: HP ProDesk 400 G3 MT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I would like to ask for your help please.
I would like to enter BIOS (F10) but I haven’t the BIOS Administrator Password.
I have no idea what it could be, can you please help me?
When asked for the password, I just hit “enter” 3 times, but I haven’t received any code.

Is there any solution for my case?

There is a BIOS password reset jumper you have to remove to clear the BIOS P/W.
See the service manual below, chapter 8, pages 118 - 119.

Thank you very much for the answer.
Your solution worked successfully with me.
There is no password for the Bios.
Now I want to format my DD with another version of windows 7.
It works fluently until the step when I should enter the language of windows, the keyboard and the mouse don’t work anymore, they are blocked. I don’t know why.

You're very welcome.
I think you will have to use the HP cloud recovery client to install windows.
The reason everything stops is because the W7 installation media does not contain the required USB drivers to work the keyboard and mouse, and there are no PS/2 ports to use a PS/2 keyboard and mouse instead of USB.
I have attached the instructions for how to use the HP cloud recovery client utility below.
This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud.
There is also a utility from Intel that puts the required USB drivers into a W7 installation flash drive.
This will not work with a DVD...There is a readme file on the link for how to use the utility.
Download the file for the operating system you plan to run the utility with.

Your solution helped me to progress and I could now install windows 7 to my PC from my USB.
But when finished, it asks me to put the name of user in my new installation and the problem appears again, I can't use neither my mouse nor my keyboard.
I look forward to your response.
Thank you very much.

I'm surprised that the HP Cloud Recovery image doesn't include the USB3 drivers needed after W7 has been installed.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with getting the KB and mouse to work post W7 installation.
I'm thinking the problem is that the chipset and USB3 drivers aren't installed and you can't install them because you can't proceed any further because the KB and mouse are not working.
I suggest at this time that you contact HP technical support for further assistance.
Please post back and let us know what the solution is to completely get W7 working because I have seen this issue several times and no one that I know of has been able to get around that problem.
