Hi @Ganesh_1807
Welcome to the HP Forum.
The Event Viewer error is a result of improperly shutting down the PC.
You had no choice, the PC locked up.
You checked hardware using HP Diagnostics so a hardware problem may not be indicated. Could be a thermal problem, or a hardware problem that is not detected by HP Diagnostics, or something else.
Check this Forum Link for other additional things to look at when the PC locks up. This link concerns a Desktop PC but the basic stuff to look at would apply.
I would suggest backing up data. Now try a HP factory operating system reinstall again.
Let me know if you want additional thoughts on troubleshooting the items listed in the above Forum Link if you want to defer starting from scratch.
It is difficult to solve a PC lockup problem in a Forum.

Hi @Ganesh_1807
You could contact HP Support if the PC is in warranty. I still think you may have a hardware problem or a thermal problem.
You might want to have a local PC Tech check things if your PC is out of warranty.
But this HP Support site has detailed instructions on how to perform a HP Cloud Recovery if you are interested.
Your PC qualifies for the cloud recovery option. You could create the HP USB Cloud Recovery flash drive on a different PC if your PC is unstable. The cloud recovery may fail if the PC is unstable.
