Hp Pavilion 6009 (I think)

Okay, got caught by the phone scammers. Now I have a ransomware password on powering up my little computer. I get an error code (53040730) if I try to bypass it. I found somewhere that if I have that code somebody can tell me how to unlock the dang thing.

Help please??

Power-on and start tapping the Esc key.
