How can I get the part information for the replacement fan?
My model is Pavilion 510-p040qe
I tried to search for it but not found.

> get error cpu fan not detected F1 boot ..but fan running fine
This message could be interpreted as "the fan is slow to start. When the POST (Power On Self Test) started, the fan did not respond with a <ready> status".
If pressing F1 is too burden-some everytime you power-on your computer, then replace the fan.

My search for HP PAVILION DESKTOP - 510-P040QE CTO
did find your model, and displays:
859086-001 | Fan - System Fan, 9225 2500RPM Axial |
but it also shows 'N/A' -- "Not Available" for purchase from HP. Sigh.
You'll have to find a "generic" fan that is compatible.
