The HP Z1 G9 5F0E9EA computer has problems restarting Windows. Every time the computer restarts, it remains with a black screen and an unresponsive computer. It is necessary to turn off the computer with a key. When i turn the computer back on it goes to windows normally

Mine is similar,bought last month,just turned it on and it froze up after I logged in.Had to force quit.Ok so far after that.event viewer had various warnings.Ran all the tests on support assistant and everything is fine according to that.I'm on Windows 10 pro at the moment.HP Z1 G9 Tower Desktop (525J6AV).This is the only problem I've had since buying it.Used daily.

Start your PC -> press the power button as soon as the Windows logo appears -> keep pressing the power button to perform a hard shut. Then repeat this step two more times to access the advanced startup environment. Choose Advanced options when the recovery screen appears. Then click Troubleshoot -> Advanced options.
