HP OmniDesk Desktop PC M02-0000a (A9RU1AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

So we are now two months into a new machine which I should have returned within the 30-day window looking back as HP support has been unable to resolve a freeze-up problem that I have had since day one.  The screen freezes, and then will go to black, sometimes recovering minutes later; other times requiring a reboot.  This is a home machine I luckily do not use for work.  HP support unable to ID a problem--referred and escalated to HP Friends who only called once while I was at work, and a new case I was supposed to hear back on within 12-24 hours is now going on 72.  How do I resolve, move ahead with getting this fixed under warranty, replaced or refunded?

I, too, am having the same issue.  I purchased the HP Omnidesk Desktop a few weeks ago, and the screen randomly freezes then goes blank for a range of time between 20 seconds or so to as long as several minutes.  I did the hard reset, checked for an updated driver (it was already at the latest and greatest), downloaded and installed the LG graphics driver for my monitor, and installed the latest and greatest  Win 11 update.  I double and triple checked the cables and everything is plugged in securely.  Any help would be welcomed!

I am having this same problem with my new OmniDesk computer purchased at Costco. The screen freezes and goes black. Sometimes it restarts, sometimes it requires a hard reboot.

Has there been any resolution to this problem? Please let me know. If not I'll just box this up and exchange it for a Dell.

Thank you.

Also having the same problem. Have done a complete reset twice and no resolution of the problem. Thankfully, it was purchased from Costco so I'll be taking it back soon unless someone can post a solution.

Good news for me on this one. It appears a logitech blutooth receiver was calling a conflict. I disconnected it and the system has run fine since then.

Perhaps this info could help you.

Best.

A blutooth connection to an older logitech receiver was causing this problem at my end. Perhaps this can help.
