Product: HP All-in-One - 22-c0063w

I have the HP All-In-One 22-C0xx and it shut off accidentally. When I try to turn it back on, I get an error screen (a red box), saying the signature isn't found.  I've searched and found that I need to update the BIOS. after searching the HP support, there is NO UPDATE found.  My pc was working just fine until I accidentally turned it off by mistake.  I have too much saved on it, I don't want to have to replace it. Please help!!
