Hi,
Please provide a product number only. (Link) to instructions on finding your product number.
This error generally means the drive is failing. You should back up data as soon as possible.
Try to create a drive backup image and USB recovery media.
Install a new drive. Image the new drive with the backup, if possible, or try a HP Cloud Recovery or install Windows clean.
Regards

Hi @Faz124 ,
Thanks for the product number. You have a Notebook/Laptop.
HDD replacement procedures for this PC are not too difficult. Remove the bottom cover. Some HP Notebooks require extensive disassembly by removing the keyboard to access internal components.
Hard disk drive replacement procedures are found at this HP Support site, page 63. You may need to have a local PC tech replace the disk, try to move the existing operating installation to the new disk, or save data if your warranty has expired and you are not comfortable doing this yourself.
Contact HP if you have an extended warranty.
BTW, Cloud Recovery seems to be an option if you cannot image and move the operating system to the new storage device.
Regards

Hi @Faz124,
The M.2 SSD, or SATA SSD/HDD replacement procedure should work using instructions in my first response. You have to get to the system internals to replace a storage device.
The M.2 SSD connects directly to the MB. No cables using this format. SATA drives require SATA: power and data cables.
I would have a local PC technician do this if your HP warranty has expired.
