i have no idea whats wrong i dont want to try anything by myself but it was just working 2 days ago when i turned it on yesterday it was like this and i left it on now today it doing the same thing i have not been able to use it at all

When it has that warning, it usually means that Windows has failed for some reason and it has/is preparing to repair itself.

If the repair sequence never starts on a boot try, then you probably will need to do it yourself.

Here is a thread with that same initial problem.  Following the directions/solution from @IT_WinSec

If that does not work solve the problem, report back with results and at which point in the instructions it stopped.
