Hi @Khalil3x7,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that your HP Desktop M01-F1033wb has a power light on, but Windows 11 will not boot, and the system shuts down during a reset. Try these HP steps:

Disconnect unnecessary devices: Leave only the keyboard, mouse, and monitor connected. Remove printers and USB storage devices, since they can interfere with startup.

Check for signs of startup: Turn the PC on and listen for:

  • Fans spinning

  • Beep sounds

  • Any display on the monitor

Check the monitor and cables: If the PC seems to power on, but the screen stays blank:

  • Make sure the monitor is powered on

  • Reseat the video cable on both ends

  • If possible, try another monitor

Try Windows Recovery Environment: Since the shutdown happened during reset, HP says you can reset Windows 11 from recovery:

  • Turn on the computer

  • Immediately press F11 repeatedly until Choose an option appears

  • Select Troubleshoot

  • Select Reset this PC

  • Choose:

    • Keep my files to reinstall Windows, and keep personal files

    • Remove everything to return Windows to factory state

  • Then select Reset

If the PC does not get far enough to show recovery, HP notes that startup problems can be related to:

  • Memory not seated correctly

  • Hard drive connection or failure

  • Display/monitor issue

  • Heat/dust-related lockups

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
