TPM in HP 200 G4

We are not able to install Windows 11. It shows TPM not found. We tried enabling TPM from BIOS can't find this option. Is there any way to resolve this.

Hi:

See the service manual, chapter 5, page 43 for where the enable TPM setting is in the BIOS menu.

There are two settings...one makes the TPM visible in the device manager, and the second one enables the device.

Some models may not come with a TPM if your PC does not have those settings as it mentions at the top of that section in the manual. 

NOTE: Support for specific Computer Setup options can vary depending on the hardware configuration

Dear Sir,

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why that unit did not come with a TPM.

You would have to contact HP and give them the product number of the PC so they can look it up and see if there is any info.

TPM is not available on all models at I had shown you in the manual.
