Hello there! I own a hp compaq dx7500 microtower . It hasnt been used for years. The thing that motivated me to upgrade this system with some better components was online lessons due to COVID-19 . So 6-7 months ago, I purchased a GPU, i upgraded RAM and I also switched to SSD for storage. I was pretty satisfied with the result and I had no problem during all this time! Almost 2 weeks ago, after a research, I decided to switch the system's case too! Once it was arrived to my place, I transfered all the system to its new issue successfully with no issue! It was time for its first start up.. Everything was working but for some reason, I was getting no display. I tried everything I could to fix it but nothing, Eventually, 4 days ago, while trying to boot it for the 50th time (XD), as soon as I pressed the switch button, leds and fans were on for a bit but after a second the whole system was turned off. I thought this was happening throug a PSU issue so I ordered a new one because I had no other choice. Yesterday, the PSU came to my place and I decided to install it. Everything went fine! I was hoping for the system to work but unfortunately the same thing was happening like before the new PSU's installization... So I think somehow the motherboard got an issue while transfering it to the new case. What's your opinion to all of this? Do you think it's motheboard's issue? I really hope we find a solution!
Also, does anyone know how can I contact HP's support due email? I can't find their email!
