Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have a problem with my PC

 

At startup I get a blue screen saying 'unable to start the PC correctly'

 

And under 'reopen' and 'advanced options', I tried them all:

 

-Restarting the pc

 

•Unsing updates

 

•Fully formatting the pc

 

•Switch to Safe Mode

 

•Ecc...

 

But the blue screen always appears, can you help me?
