Hi i tried installing HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI to my HP Pro 3500 Microtower PC with installation location UEFI Partition on hard drive (recommended) on first it says HP_TOOLS Partition cannot be found. Would you like to create it? when i select yes it says Main Drive already has four partitions. Additional partition cannot be created. Then installations gets aborted having error 1772.

Hi,
Your PC is formatted in MBR which has a limit of 4 primary partitions which you probably have on your main drive. So HP tools can not create another partition.
You could download and create a HP diagnostics USB drive which also has more functions from here, at bottom of page:
Hope it helps,
David
