HP All-in-One - 22-2012na (ENERGY STAR)

After running a hard drive extensive test, the diagnostic system has produced a Failure  ID of U4M5VD-7G2BAP-9XH16K-619P03 with a Product ID of K2E90EA#ABU.

What do I need to do to remedy this? Currently running on Windows 10.

if you have windows 10 you can use microsoft tool

If you originally had a sata HDD you could possibly install a sata SDD

Remove external storage. To determine your boot order, restart your system, unplug any external storage or flash drives, and enter the BIOS by pressing the appropriate key during the startup process.
Navigate to the Boot section of the BIOS.
Determining the proper Boot Drive. 
Save changes.
