I have this system:
OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0014
Model name: 4NM65AA#ABA
Serial number: XXXXXXXXXX
Processor: Intel Core i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3192 Mhz, 6 Cores, 12 Logical Processors
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (3GB)
Purchased: 23 Mar 2019
Added 13Jul2019: the ROM Family SSID is 84FD 00
BIOS Version/Date AMI F.31, 19/Jul/22
Every time I do a cold boot, the system shows:
CMOS Checksum Invalid
CMOS Reset (502)
Then it reboots (after a few seconds), and all is well. This behavior started about two weeks ago. About one week ago, I updated the BIOS from F29 to F31. That has not helped.
Can anyone assist me in avoiding the extra boot-up?
