I was prompted that there was an update for my machine by HP tools shortcut. I installed the updated Bios, now my all in one when it boots it will bring up the blue HP logo, but after that I get 8 beeps and black screen. I tried booting holding the windows+ B and no good, tried Windows key + V and no good... sometimes I get a screen with board details and it says press the ESC key to enter startup, but when I do this, it is like it ignores the ESC key completely.

I tried opening up the back and resetting the CMOS jumpers as well...

Not sure what else I can do. I know when I downloaded the new bios it gave me the option to create a restore point. I just can't seem to get my computer to know this.

Is there any way to simply reinstall Windows and start over, or is
