Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, could i please get some help on my desktop. I have a User Profile Service problem. I can not log in to my User name and i'm getting the error saying The User Profile Service failed the logon, User Profile cannot be loaded. Then i get wrong password so many times, and i don't have the removable media to update this i lost the Disk that came with the desktop.
