I am also getting the message.  I checked with HP updates and it is not listed so I have not clicked on the link.  It even looks like a phishing email or scam popup.

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

HP Support Assistant or going to your HP PC's software download site is what to use to find HP updates.

 

Bogus emails or browser popups should be avoided.
