Serial [personal info removed] PRODUCT #F3D33AA#ABA WHEN I GO TO START MY DESKTOP A BLUE SCREEN APPEARS SAYING BOOT DEVICE NOT FOUND .I RAN CHECKS AND ALL PASS ,EVEN THE LEGACY SUPPORT IS DISABLE BUT IT STILL SAYS THE SAME WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The message nearly always means the hard drive has failed -- but you said you ran the diagnostics and they passed?
Legacy support is disabled on newer PCs because they only support UEFI mode, not legacy.
