Device asking for bitlocker recovery key on boot up. What is it and where do I find it?

See this link for ways to recover the BitLocker key:

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

If that doesn't help your only option would be to reinstall Windows on the drive.

 

All files currently on the drive are encrypted and forever unrecoverable.
