I turn my PC off every night. The last few days when I boot I get a bluescreen screen message " CMOS checksum error. Reverting to default." Then it completes the boot normally and seems to run fine.

In doing a little online research I think I may have found the problem. I live in a rural area of WV prone to power problems. Since I purchased this desktop from Sam's only a few months ago I don't think the battery is bad, rather a power issue causing a reboot without a proper shutdown. I'll see if it happens again.
