Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I attempt to type my e-mail address in the space provided on the Social Security web site, my PC reverts back to my start page.  This has occured wherntrying to enter data on other sites also.

My guess is that you are using Edge, the default browser for Win10 -- and that is known to have issues.

Since the problem is independent of the website, I would suggest using other browsers.

You could try Internet Explorer (which you find under All Programs --> Windows Accessories) or install another browser like Firefox or Chrome.
