Hi 🙂
I have problems with an HP All in One, when i Boot up the PC the display become white, somethime I can see the HP logo but the OS doesn't start.
The machine isn't covered by warranty, infact i opened it, I removed one ram and then I started the PC, this time Windows started wihtout any problems but when I tried to check the other empty slot with the same ram, the PC doesn't started and I saw the white display again.
I tried other combinations of RAM without success, I tried to remove the display cable connected to the motherboard, I cleaned it and then attached again to MB without success.
What do you suggest to do?
I think there is an hardware problem, could it be the CPU? It is an Intel 8400T.
Thank you
