The GT 1030 low profile graphics card should work fine in your PC.

It has a 30W power draw, and the GT 610 has a power draw of 29W.

Below is the link to the product specs for your PC:

The motherboard does not support adding a graphics card.

I'm looking at a picture of the motherboard the specs on the link I posted indicate your PC has and there is no slot for a graphics card, so how could that be?

Your PC only has a 65W external power supply according to the specs and a GT 610 or a GT 1030 could not work with such a low wattage power supply.

Are you sure that's the right model, or did HP post the specs for the wrong motherboard.
