Yesterday i decided to draw on my computer but about 10 minutes in it said it ran into a problem and shut down
it doesn’t regularly do this but I waited for it to finish rebooting and tried to log in
but it refused my ususal pass
this happen a lot so I just reset it like normal but when I typed in the new pass it refused it
no I didn’t make any mistakes at all
i tried a few more times but it continued to deny the new password
i guessed it needed time to prosses the new password so I let it be for over 24 hours
i tried again and it still refused
i don’t have many things or programs on my computer
just the Wacom starter
fire alpaca and auto desk sketch book
and about 20-40 pieces of saved art
I don’t use it often just every few months when I want to draw
im confused what’s happening
Also I’m sorry if this is poorly written sksksk
