I have an hp Compaq 8000 #az888aw that I was using with windows 10. My computer informed me that I needed to update windows because my certificate was running out. I started the update yesterday morning. When I came back to the computer it seemed to be stuck on the start up screen. I have tried everything I know to fix issues. But without use of a mouse or keyboard because they aren't working. Tried to use the auto repair feature, can't complete because I can't use mouse or keyboard. Please help.

Which BIOS version are you running and did you check for important driver updates before the upgrade?
The latest BIOS for your system is v01.14 Rev.A.
This is the support page for your system.
The actual BIOS version is shown in the HP screen during the boot sequence, but you could also check it manually in the setup utility by pressing F10 after power on.
In the same setup utility you may want to check your hardware configuration and settings. Your usb ports may be disabled.
