I have come across an issue with the lastest BIOS version (02.14.01 03/08/2022) for HP EliteDesk 800 G5 Desktop Mini running Windows 11 22H2 where it will continue to boot loop unless you turn off the setting in the BIOS for Virtualisation Direct I/O.
So installed Win 11 22H2 on an older BIOS revision and all fine boot into BIOS update to the latest and no longer boots.
I have logged a support call regarding this but was wondering if anyone else has come across this issue and whether any other models etc have issue ?

Someone needs to be notified of the problem. There is a Microsoft feedback hub
I do not know of any HP hub but perhaps some of the HP Support Agents might know such as

This problem has been observed and reported to Microsoft. Affects other OEM not just Dell HP
Updates to windows 11 were blocked up by Microsoft until recently due to problems with Virtualization
I no longer use VirtuialBox, easier to have a spare Linux system and run apps natively.

We do not use virtualization but this setting is set by default in a HP BIOS and basically bricks a machine if we upgrade to Win 11 22H2.
Who is to blame really Microsoft or HP as HP says it has been tested and clearly hasn't.

I did not realize the system was not booting anymore.
Clear the CMOS?
Have you tried the windows key plus the "B" as described here?

Since the hard drive had a copy of the older bios you will have to download and put the newer bios on a USB flash drive before using the "B" procedure.
This assumes the keyboard etc still work.
