Product: Pavilion 15cc123cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer automatically installed an update. Now I can enter my screen password but it only goes to a blue scree and never windows explorer screen. I did a system check and it failed giving me this failure number Q4Q6KD-8SAAA3-MFPW21C0D103.  What do I do now?

Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...

That error message means the battery is failing or has already died and needs to be replaced.
