Product: HP Touchsmart 610 (Windows 10)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My HP Touchsmart 610 starts up and loads up ok but the desktop screen has froze and all the apps have vanished I don’t know what to do and wanted to post on here any help would be appreciated I think I could be the hardrive but have no clue.

Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
This could be a hardware problem (RAM or the HDD).
Run HP Hardware Diagnostics at system startup.
Tap "ESC" at startup.
Select "F2".
Run System Tests.
