Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When  I try to turn on my pc it does 3 long beeps 2 short beels - At first it did work and booted up, then i installed new ram and it didnt work anymore so I tried to put the old ram back in and return everything how it was before and that time it didnt work either. Ive tried to boot it into the bios and everything and I dont think that works either

hi

this is indeed in general a memory problem, but it can also be at the level of the motherboard

HP Desktop PCs - Computer Does Not Start and Emits an LED or Beep Code | HP® Customer Support

if you originally have two try one then the other
If not, just one then try both slots
but before, proceed without memory module as indicated in the link
Perform a power reset (or hard reset) of your desktop computer to clear information from the computer memory
Check a well plug in the module also then ..
