Hi @raw16,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with your BIOS password on your HP All-in-One. Unfortunately, I cannot assist with removing or recovering BIOS passwords due to security and privacy concerns. However, I would request you to please follow the steps:

Check for “System Disabled” Code

  • Turn on the PC.
  • Enter the wrong BIOS password 3 times.
  • If a “System Disabled” code appears, write it down.

Try HP BIOS Recovery

  • Turn off the PC.
  • Hold Windows + B.
  • While holding, press the Power button for 2–3 seconds.
  • Release power but keep holding Windows + B for 10–15 seconds.

Reset

  • Power off and unplug.
  • Open the back panel.
  • Look for a motherboard jumper labeled:
  • CLR_CMOS
  • PSWD
  • JCMOS1
  • Move jumper to reset position for 10–15 seconds.
  • Return it to original position.
  • Reassemble and power on.

Hope this helps, Please revert if the issue persists.

Take care and have an amazing day!
