Pavillion 23 All In One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried to turn on my computer and it comes up with no boot disc has been detected and boot disc not found!  I have tried to turn it off and on, tried the windows, B & off button for 3 seconds, but all i get is a black screen

Hi,

 

Start the PC. Tap "ESC".

 

Select "F2"

 

Run system tests.

 

It sounds like you have a bad storage device.

 

You may have to replace the HDD or SSD and reinstall Windows. Remove this disk. Connect to a different PC to see if you can mount the disk as a data drive to retrieve data.
