working with hp techs, cannot figure out what problems is. freezing up during games. Sending up chain to upper tier troubleshooter. The window of return is 30 days. Does that include items bought as xmas presents, that gives only a couple of days window to send it back. Was not having problem for several days.
should a xmas present be given till 30 days after xmas?
