Hi,
You're running W11. Did you update W10 to W11? Did your PC run okay when using W10?
This symptom can be caused by various issues:
Heat
System file corruption
Hardware
Do you periodically clean the internals using compressed air or a dust buster? Check system temps using the following software download at this site (Link). Download the portable version.
Run the following commands at an administrative command prompt:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
After completion of the previous command run sfc /scannow
Now check the hardware using HP Diagnostics:
Start the PC. Tap "ESC". Select "F2". Run system and component tests.
