Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can one enable virtualization in an HP 510-p020 desktop PC?  If so how?

Motherboard ID is 81B4.  Processor is i5-6400T.  Running BIOS F.16 (9/23/2016)

 

Please advise.

Invoke the BIOS with F10 tapping immediately after powering on.

 

Click on the security tab and then on System security.
