I am attempting boot my computer and cannot,. I have moved to attempting to do a factory image restore, and will get the message " recovery manager could not restore your computer using the factory image, please contact HP support. Error code 0xe0ef000a"
any information on how to correct this?

That error message means you won't be able to do a reset from the built-in recovery image. Instead, you will have to use external media to do that.
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
