This is a compact All-in-One, right?
IF so, that is really bad news -- as these PCs are little more than oversized laptops with all of the downsides of laptops and none of the upsides.
This error means the BIOS firmware has become corrupted, and since that is contained inside a chip on the motherboard, and that chip is not replaceable, the PC is basically trashed.
Even if you COULD replace the motherboard, which you can not, the cost (since you would have to buy a NEW copy of Windows to go with it) would easily exceed that of simply replacing the PC.
